Blissful Beginnings - Full Weekend Wedding Package
$8900 + HST
Our Full Weekend Package includes a generous timeline to keep your wedding weekend stress-free and with margin. Venue access begins Friday at 10:00am, including a rehearsal taking place Friday afternoon or evening.
We will assist during your planning process with floor plan design and layout and will have all furniture set-up in your preferred layout for your event prior to you and your vendors arrival Friday. We provide decor set-up the Friday as well, with our full collection of in-house decor to choose from.
You are welcome to host a small gathering Friday evening for a rehearsal dinner if you would like, or enjoy one of the many beautiful restaurants close by.
Your wedding takes place Saturday, and you return Sunday by noon to collect your items and decor that we will have packed up.
Includes a cocktail hour complimentary hydration station with fruit water and punch. Optional bar package upgrades available include an open bar package, a welcome champagne or cocktail or we can curate a specific beverage package.

Weekday Weddings

Available Wednesdays.

We will assist during your planning process with floor plan design and layout and will have all furniture set-up in your preferred layout for your event prior to you and your vendors arrival Tuesday. Sunday Wedding Package

Our Sunday Weddings Package is a tighter timeline, than our full Weekend Package, but a great option for those simple weddings, with a less is more approach. Best suited for weddings satisfied with our in-house decor options, as there is not significant timeline prior to the wedding for venue access for vendors.
Includes all the great wedding planning assistance and set-up as our Saturday Full Weekend Packages, with rehearsal taking place Thursday evening at 5:00pm.
Includes a cocktail hour complimentary hydration station with fruit water and punch. Optional bar package upgrades available include an open bar package, a welcome champagne or cocktail or we can curate a specific beverage package.

Winter's Enchanting Embrace - November + December off-season Micro-weddings
$6900 + HST
During the winter months, as we rely more heavily on our indoor spaces, we offer weddings for smaller groups, up to 50, max 60 guests. This is an off-season price for the months of November + December exclusively.

Sunday Serenity - Bridal + Baby Showers
$1400 + HST
Our Sunday Package is perfect for bridal or baby showers, celebrations of life, or other daytime special event.
Sunday rental includes use of the property and Stable Barn from 1pm until 5pm.
Host your celebration outside under our 30’X30’ Marquee tent, or in our climate controlled Stable Barn, or use a combination of both spaces.
We have two styles of chairs available as well as harvest tables, live edge cocktail tables and a sideboard/buffet available for your use. All items and furniture available for weddings are also included for shower rentals.

For your wedding or special event at The Farmstead, you and your guests will have exclusive access to our beautiful 6 acre property, which will be meticulously maintained and landscaped for your special day.
The venue rental fee also includes all furniture items for your wedding day. We also do all the heavy lifting by setting up the ceremony and reception space in your preferred layout. We offer various floor plan options and design a layout specific to your event and preferences. Our Stable Barn is most comfortably suited for up to 100 people, max 120 for a seated dinner.
You also receive our full attention, dedication and commitment to your special day, during the planning process and the event itself. We work the entire duration of your event, keeping the venue and grounds clean and maintained, collaborating with your vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly for your event.
Our experienced and certified wedding co-ordinator will assist at your rehearsal and ceremony. This includes cueing the wedding party during the processional, initiating your songs of choice for your ceremony. During your wedding or event planning, we are just a quick text or email away from any needed advice, recommendations, or assistance of any kind. You can always expect a prompt response, and we are available for an unlimited amount of scheduled site tours during your wedding planning process. We will work with you to make your day calm, comfortable, memorable and exactly how you envision it.
